No ambiguity = faster yes.
3- Audience (size, age-range, background) and Event goal.
No worries, we just tailor content 😎
4- Confirm logistics you provide: stage tech, internet speed, power, tables, volunteers, security.
Prevents day-of disasters LOL
5- Name the decision-maker with phone & WhatsApp who can approve changes instantly.
Makes it easier to get to u ☺️
6- Offer co-branding perks (logo on banner, social tags, media shout-outs).

7- If plans change, please let us know at least 3 days in advance so we can adjust our schedule.
